All-Inclusive Registration of $600 includes six nights at the Chase Park Plaza (Check In August 31st check out September 6th) double occupancy; all ground transportation between the airport, hotel and courts; all meals;  prize money($26,000); ITF Super Series and USTA Category I Sanctioning; USTA Gold, Silver and Bronze (3rd place play off) Balls; and tournament amenities. The Chase Park Plaza is the finest hotel in our region. The rooms are cavernous and will accommodate player’s needs to relax, rest, recharge, entertain themselves, and luxuriate in a first class house with first class appointments. The suites are large and luxurious but do not mirror newer built cookie cutter rooms with side-by-side double beds. Two players to a room will in some cases require the players to alternate evenings in the bedroom and sitting room portions of their suite. Please indicate roommate choices on your tournament registration. The tournament will make all hotel reservations. Please utilize our registration process for any special needs.

Historical Dwight Davis Tennis Center is located in the heart of Forest Park, which resides centrally to the city of Saint Louis, Missouri, USA. Dwight Davis is the premier tennis facility in the St. Louis area with 19 courts. including a stadium court that seats 1500, locker rooms and pro shop.

Transportation: Chi Chi, LLC is the official tournament travel group of the US OPEN.
Visit http://www.chichillc.com/ for on line airline reservations.  Both Way Airport ↔ Hotel trips will be made to facilitate All-Inclusive Registrants’ itineraries. Transportation between Chase Park Plaza and Dwight Davis Tennis Center (3 minutes) will be provided on a continual basis throughout the day utilizing a fleet of mini vans.

Meals: Breakfast and dinner will be provided at the hotel. As part of our All-Inclusive tournament offering, players and guests will be given a hotel credit card for their use as they make daily selections on hotel food, beverage and services. Fifty dollars per player/per day will be the credit limit programmed into their credit card. We believe the foregoing to be generous enough to accommodate most desires and of course any additional wants can be satisfied with a modest, out of pocket, addition to the credit line. Lunch will be provided at Dwight Davis Tennis Center. A variety of snacks will be available at the ROHO Hospitality site.

Draw Sizes: Per ITF Super Series Draw Sizes: Men-32, 2nd-16, Women-24, 2nd-16, Quad-24, 2nd-16.

Applicant & Competitor Lists: Applicant lists will be posted on our US Open Web Site and updated weekly through May and June. After the registration due date of July 21st, we will post the competitor list (Direct Acceptance Lists) of players accepted into the draw.

Schedule: Play begins on Tuesday September 1st at 10:00 AM utilizing “Followed By” scheduling. There will be both a day and evening schedule. Players will play no more than one singles and one doubles per day. Sundays singles finals and 3rd place playoffs will be held at 10:00 AM. Doubles finals and 3rd place playoffs will begin at 1:00 PM.

Players who have a chance of making the finals or 3rd place playoff must schedule their departure after 5:00 PM on Sunday. Players wishing to extend their stay may make arrangements with the tournament for additional nights in the hotel at the tournament rate.

Trainer: An athletic trainer will be on duty at most times throughout the tournament. This much needed service will be provided by Sports Medicine & Training.

Massage: Complimentary 15 minute massages will be available during specified hours throughout the tournament. Full massages at a special tournament rate can be scheduled with the massage therapist.

Racket Stringing: Available at special tournament rate at the pro shop.

Wheelchair Repair: Provided by Matt Glowacki – MOGO America. No charge for labor. Parts are charged at cost.

Internet: Free wireless will be available at the courts
